OVERVIEW
Welcome to Perenne Haus! By booking and engaging with Perenne Haus for your event design and coordination services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Perenne Haus provides event design and coordination services including but not limited to:
Event Consultation
Event Planning
Full-Service Event Coordination
The specific details of the services to be provided, including deadlines and deliverables, will be outlined in the Service Agreement signed at the time of booking.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking will only be confirmed after the client has signed the Service Agreement and provided a non-refundable deposit, as detailed below.
Deposit and Payment Schedule:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.
Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
Late Payments: Late payments will incur a 5% late fee per week unless otherwise agreed in writing. Perenne Haus reserves the right to cancel services if payments are not received as scheduled.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel your booking:
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event will not incur any further charges beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total service fee.
Perenne Haus Cancellations:
In the unlikely event that Perenne Haus needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made by the client (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
CHANGES TO EVENT PLANS
Any significant changes to the event plan, including but not limited to venue, date, guest count, or event design requirements, must be communicated in writing at least 30 days before the event. Additional charges may apply for changes that result in increased workload or costs.
FORCE MAJEURE
Perenne Haus is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government regulations (collectively referred to as “Force Majeure”). If a Force Majeure event occurs, we will work with the client to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
LIABILITY
Perenne Haus will take all reasonable care in providing its services, but we are not liable for:
Damage or loss of personal property.
Any accidents or injuries occurring during the event.
Events beyond our control (see Force Majeure).
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, access to the event venue, and prompt communication throughout the planning process. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Perenne Haus will treat all client information and event details as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without the client's consent.
